The base weave is flat and smooth and the relief weave slightly raised to give a lovely soft textured look and feel.

They make a great alternative swing seat that can be taken down in winter and stored away until the summer.

These look wonderful suspended between trees, or try them between the posts of a pergola, in a summerhouse or indoors across the corner of a room. Hammock Suspension Tree Kit- £10.00

The problem with tying your hammock straight onto a tree is that when it comes to take it down you just can't get the knot out of the rope.

Then.. you want to put your hammock up again what was the right height?

Make it easy by fitting your hammock up with a couple of Snap Hooks which you can leave out all year and simply clip or unclip your hammock in the right place.

Hammock Suspension All Purpose Kit- £14.00

Fix your hammock between walls, posts or a wall and a post or a tree a wall - or any other combination you can think of. Fit the eyebolt into wood or masonry then attach the snap hook through the eye of this and the loop or brasso of the hammock. Kit comes with full instructions.

Once the kit is fixed in place you can take your hammock in and out and suspend it in as many different places as you like.

Adjustable hammock stand in beautiful hardwood from sustainably managed forests as certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC). This organisation was set up to encourage and promote sustainable forestry of the world's trees. Wood which has recieved their cerfication is guaranteed to have come from sustainable sources.

Made from rich hardwood that oils up to a deep lustre and comes with a bottle of teak oil just for this purpose!.

This adjustable stand is incredibly versatile and will fit any of our hammocks. Each wooden bar slots easily into sturdy metal 'boots'. Slip these boots backwards and forward along the base bar to adust the width of the stand. The hammock is attached to 'cuffs' which slide easily up and down the arms to adjust the height. The powder-coated metal boots and cuffs come in a choice of dark green or blue.

The stand fits together and comes apart easily so it can be moved around the garden into the sun or shade or stored. (As an aside, it is worth measuring your garden carefully before ordering as an average hammock requires 350cm of width for suspension.)
