A bedspread in classic natural cotton in a simple design that works beautifully in the bedroom or sittingroom. Handwoven and finished in flat hem edge (not lattice-work fringing as shown). Wonderfully hardwaring and very washable. These are ideal as a bedspread for a double bed or a sofa throw.

The relief stripes on the bedspread are slightly raised to give a texture to the soft cotton fabric. The base weave is beautifully flat and even to give enough contrast whilst keeping the style uncluttered.

These bedspreads are a fair trade product, which means that the weaver recieves a fair wage and works in safe and healthy conditions. The producers are encouraged to grow independently and another step is taken on the path to equity in trade.
